By using BoilerPrompt (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Using the prompts

The prompts published on the Site are free to copy, adapt, and use in your own work, including commercial work, with no attribution required. What you build with a prompt is yours. The Site itself, including its page content, design, and structure, may not be scraped wholesale or republished as a competing collection.

3. No warranty

Prompts are provided as-is. AI tools change quickly and their output is not deterministic; a prompt that works today may work differently tomorrow. We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce correct, secure, or production-ready code. Review anything an AI tool generates before you ship it.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoilerPrompt is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site or of any prompt, including losses caused by code generated with a prompt.

5. Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links. They are described in the affiliate disclosure and never change what you pay.

6. Third-party tools

Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, v0, Lovable, Bolt, Replit Agent, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. The Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date above reflects the latest revision; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
